In order to obtain an account to use this service for the first time you will need to be fully registered with the surgery already and have provided us with a valid e-mail address. You can do so by presenting yourself at reception, calling us on 01752 561305 or updating your contact details online. On receipt of your e-mail address you will be sent an automatic e-mail with a shortcut to enable you to create your new account.

Please note until February 2017 each member of a household has to have their own individual e-mail address. This is required for us to satisfy NHS Data Protection Requirements.

Additional free e-mail addresses on behalf of children or infants for this purpose can be easily and quickly created via Gmail or other free e-mail companies.

You can still however use the same e-mail address for both the prescription and appointment booking account.

After February 2017 all accounts will be automatically migrated to a new upgraded Waiting Room website with facilities for online booking, prescriptions and record access where one online user can book appointments for several patients if appropriate and individual emails will be no longer manditory.
