A suggestion box is situated on the Reception desk. We would appreciate any suggestions, comments and feedback regarding the services the Practice provides. You can also submit suggestions online

Complaints

If you have any queries or grievance, or indeed feel the need to make a formal complaint about any service provided for you by this Practice, please put your complaint in writing to the Practice Managers, Mrs Carley Wilkinson and Mrs Emma Rochester, or ask for a copy of our leaflet “We need to know what you think”, which can be obtained from the reception desk. The Practice Managers will also be particularly pleased to receive from you any constructive ideas you might have for further improving our present levels of service.

If you are unhappy with our response to your complaint you have the right to ask The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsmen to review your case.
