Our standard opening hours are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The phone lines are closed from 1pm to 2pm (for urgent calls then ring 111) but the surgery desk remains open during this period.
We also offer routine doctor only phone / video clinics on alternate Monday evenings and alternate Saturday mornings, for patients who find it difficult to access an appointment during our normal opening times. Patients should be aware that during these additional sessions, the surgery will not be open for any other business.

We are asking patients to submit an online form using the link below . If you are unable to complete the form our reception team will be happy to assist you with filling in a form either over the phone, or with one of our tablets at the reception desk.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- use the GP online system: SystmOnline
- fill out a cancel an appointment form
- phone us on 01752 561305 during opening times
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
