Suggestions & Complaints


A suggestion box is situated on the Reception desk. We would appreciate any suggestions, comments and feedback regarding the services the Practice provides. You can also submit suggestions online


If you have any queries or grievance, or indeed feel the need to make a formal complaint about any service provided for you by this Practice, please put your complaint in writing or by e-mailing to the Practice Manager, Mrs Carley Wilkinson  or ask for a copy of our leaflet “We need to know what you think”, which can be obtained from the reception desk. The Practice Manager will also be particularly pleased to receive from you any constructive ideas you might have for further improving our present levels of service.

If you are unhappy with our response to your complaint you have the right to ask The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsmen to review your case.
