Please note that since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic all direct online appointment booking has been suspended to enable us to triage in advance as we are  a COVID-19 safe surgery and cannot see patients face face with COVID-19 symptoms- there are alternative services we can refer to instead such as the Hot Hub.

All requests for new appointments are subject to telephone triage or alternatively (if non-urgent) can be triaged via our online Patient Triage System which we are currently piloting which is very easy to use and it is highly recommended that you use it as an alternative to direct online booking. Requests for follow up/nurse appointments that has been requested by a clinician may not require an additional telephone appointment  but will still need to be booked via our reception team either via Patient Triage or by calling 561305. If you are wanting to consult on behalf of someone else and/or do not have a contact phone number to hand, you can still contact the surgery via our existing eConsult system.
