What Restrictions will look like at St Neots Surgery after 19th July 2021

For the time being there will be no changes here at St Neots Surgery.

Patients coming to the surgery will still need to wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser and socially distance. Our staff will continue to wear the appropriate PPE.

We are open but our front door will remain closed and access will continue via the door entry system. We have made this decision as we cannot fully support a one-way entrance and exit system.

These measures are necessary to safeguard our patients – many of whom remain extremely vulnerable. It will also help safeguard our staff. They are also necessary because of the currently very high rates of Covid infections locally.

We will continue to consult in a variety of ways. These will include telephone, face to face and video consultations. The decision on which method to use will be made on clinical grounds. It is worth noting that current consultation rates are significantly higher than they were before the pandemic.

We hope you will understand why we need to continue with these measures and keep the surgery as safe for everyone as we can. We have all come so far in trying to minimise the impact of Covid. Let’s continue to stay safe together.

Thank you for your understanding.
